With a brandy-peppercorn sauce.

Toasted Garlic Chicken
EV olive oil & garlic marinated breasts of chicken
topped with a Marsala roasted red pepper and fresh basil pesto sauce.
Accompanied with the chef's choice of starch and vegetable.

Pesto Fettucini
   
Fresh pasta tossed with roasted forest mushrooms and red peppers
and finished with a basil pesto and asiago cheese.
